The business
Kaizen Properties is our founder’s commercial real-estate company. It focuses on self-storage and on RV and manufactured-housing communities, buying properties and running them itself rather than only investing capital.
What was built
- A home page that states plainly what kinds of property the company buys and why.
- A short card for each asset class, from self-storage to long-term-stay RV parks.
- Separate paths for property sellers and brokers, and for people interested in investing.
- A step-by-step account of how the company improves and operates what it buys.
- An insights section and a link to our founder’s podcast.

What this shows
The live site’s visible design, structure and writing: a sober, specialist presentation in which each audience gets a direct path, each asset class is explained in a sentence and the operating approach is set out in four plain stages.
What it doesn’t show
Acquisitions, occupancy, returns or any other performance. We don’t publish the company’s track record or name its properties here, and nothing on this page is an offer to invest.
