This website, rainiergrowthpartners.com, is operated by Kaizen Properties LLC under the Rainier Growth Partners brand. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Kaizen Properties LLC, operating as Rainier Growth Partners.

These are website terms only. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written scope or agreement. Where that document and these terms differ, the written scope or agreement applies to the services.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

We write this site to be accurate and useful, but it’s general information about our services and about subjects such as Google Business Profiles, reviews and websites. It isn’t legal, financial or other professional advice for your situation.

Platform rules change, including Google’s and the FTC’s. Our articles show when they were published and link their sources; check the current rules before relying on them.

Nothing on this site guarantees an outcome. We don’t promise rankings, map positions, review counts, ratings, leads or revenue. Examples marked “Illustration” are made up to show a layout or a process; they aren’t real customer data.

Published prices are in U.S. dollars. Setup fees are one time, management fees are monthly and per location, and websites are fixed-scope projects priced within the published range. See pricing.

Prices on this site are information, not an offer you can accept online; there’s no checkout. Every engagement starts with a written scope that confirms the work and the price.

Published prices may change before a written scope is agreed. Once you’ve agreed a written scope, the price in it is the one that applies to that work.

Third-party charges, such as text-messaging or carrier-registration fees, hosting and domains, aren’t included in the published prices unless your scope says so. They’re disclosed and agreed separately.

Work is labelled for what it is: client work, built for our own business, independent product, or illustrative workflow. Work done before Rainier Growth Partners existed is credited to our founder. See our work.

A live website shown here is evidence of its visible design and structure. It isn’t a claim about that business’s search rankings, traffic or sales.

The text, design, illustrations, name and mark on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to read, link to and print pages for your own reference. Please don’t copy or republish substantial parts of the site, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse something, without our written permission.

Google, monday.com and other names mentioned here are trademarks of their owners. Mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse us or that we’re their partner.
