Websites

What moves a website between $3,500 and $6,000

A typical project is roughly five to eight pages. Where yours sits in the range is settled while scoping, and the written scope fixes the price before work begins.

$3,500Lower end$6,000Upper end
Typical scoped project. Final scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins.

The main factors

  • Number of pages and how much new copy each needs
  • How many distinct services or audiences the site has to explain
  • Integrations with an existing booking or scheduling tool
  • How much photography and source material is ready to use
  • Content migration from an existing site

Third-party costs

Where to start

Which to start with

Three common situations, and the plan that fits each.

  1. Your profile is in good shape, but reviews are sparse or go unanswered.

Start with the review service on its own. If you later want the profile managed too, you upgrade, and any incremental setup is confirmed in writing.

    Start with

    Google Review Management

    $500 one-time setup + $299/month per location

Ask about this service: Google Review Management
  2. Your profile is out of date or nobody owns it, and reviews need handling too.

One plan covers both, for one monthly fee per location. You don’t buy review management as well: it’s included.

    Start with

    Local Visibility Management

    $750 one-time setup + $499/month per location

Ask about this service: Local Visibility Management
  3. Customers find you, then struggle to see what you do or how to get in touch.

The website is the weak link. It’s priced as a fixed-scope project, separately from the monthly plans, once the pages are agreed.

Next steps

How we work

What happens after you ask

Four steps. Timing depends on scope and is agreed in writing.

  1. Step 1: Visibility Review

Send your business name, a website or profile link and your main concern. A person looks at how your business appears.

  2. Step 2: Written scope

If there’s a fit, the service, locations, trigger, limits and price go in writing. No work begins and no payment is due before you agree it.

  3. Step 3: Setup

We set up the review process, the profile work or the website build, checking permissions and provider rules.

  4. Step 4: Monthly management or handover

Monthly plans continue with a report each month. Websites are handed over to you, with a record of where everything lives.

Questions

Pricing questions

What do the published prices include?

Google Review Management is $500 one-time setup + $299/month per location: setup for one location and one customer-data trigger, up to 250 eligible invitations and up to 20 managed replies a month, base review software and a monthly report. Local Visibility Management is $750 one-time setup + $499/month per location and adds Google Business Profile management. Websites are $3,500–$6,000 per project.

Why is the monthly fee per location?

Each location has its own Google Business Profile, its own customers and usually its own review link and report, so the work grows with the number of locations. The standard scope covers one. If you run several, mention it in your Visibility Review request, and the scope for each location is confirmed in writing before anything starts.

Do I pay setup again if I upgrade to Local Visibility Management?

Not the full fee. If you move from Google Review Management to Local Visibility Management, any incremental setup is confirmed in your written scope instead of charging the full $750 setup fee again. From then on you pay $499 a month per location instead of $299, because Local Visibility Management includes review management.

What third-party costs might I pay?

It depends on your setup, and any such cost is disclosed before you agree. Review requests sent by text can involve messaging or carrier-registration charges, which are agreed separately. Websites can involve hosting, a domain, paid assets or external subscriptions. Google Business Profile itself is free. No undisclosed charge is folded into a published price.

Can I pay or sign up online?

Not on this website. Every service starts with a Visibility Review: you tell us about your business, a person looks at how it currently appears, and we reply by email with the most relevant next step. If there’s a fit, we agree a written scope, including the price, before any work begins or any payment is due.

Why publish prices at all?

Because an owner should be able to see what something costs before starting a conversation. Our services are defined, repeatable pieces of work, so a fixed price makes sense: you can see the setup fee, the monthly fee and what each includes. Where websites vary, we publish the range and explain what moves a project within it.

Find out which of these fits your business.

Send your business name, a website or Google profile link and what you’d like to improve. A person looks at how your business appears and replies by email. If there’s a fit, the scope and price are agreed in writing before any work begins.

  • No payment or login
  • A person reviews it, not a scoring tool
  • We reply by email with the most relevant next step
