Privacy policy

What happens to information when you visit this site, request a Visibility Review or email us: what we receive, who handles it for us, and the choices you have.

In short

  • What you send us is used to review your business and reply to you. It doesn’t sign you up for marketing.
  • We don’t sell personal information or use it for advertising.
  • Vercel hosts the site, monday.com hosts the review form, and Google handles our email and, when it’s turned on, analytics.

1Who we are

  1. 1.1

    This website, rainiergrowthpartners.com, belongs to Rainier Growth Partners. Rainier Growth Partners is a brand operated by Kaizen Properties LLC. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Kaizen Properties LLC, operating as Rainier Growth Partners.

  2. 1.2

    This policy covers this website and the messages you send us through it, including Visibility Review requests. Websites we link to have their own policies.

2What we collect

  1. 2.1

    What you send us. When you request a Visibility Review or email us, we receive what you choose to include. That’s usually:

    • your name and email address
    • your business name, and a website or Google Business Profile link
    • the service you’re interested in, and what you’d like to improve
    • optionally, your business location or number of locations, and a phone number
  2. 2.2

    Technical information. A browser can’t load a page without sending a request, and that request includes your IP address and browser details. Our host processes these to deliver the site and keep it secure (see 4).

  3. 2.3

    Usage information. When Google Analytics is in use, it records how pages are used (see 5).

  4. 2.4

    The site has no accounts and no checkout, and we never ask for payment details, passwords or account logins. Please don’t send passwords or other sensitive information by email or through the form.

3How we use it

  1. 3.1

    To review your business and reply to your request or message.

  2. 3.2

    If you decide to work with us, to agree a written scope and provide the service you ask for.

  3. 3.3

    To keep the website running and secure and, when analytics is in use, to understand in aggregate which pages are read and which links are used.

  4. 3.4

    Not for marketing. Requesting a Visibility Review or emailing us doesn’t sign you up for marketing emails or text messages. If you give us a phone number, we use it only to follow up about your request.

4Hosting and server logs

  1. 4.1

    The website is hosted by Vercel. When your browser requests a page, Vercel processes technical information such as your IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time of the request. It uses this to deliver the page, protect the service from abuse and diagnose problems. See Vercel’s privacy notice(opens in a new tab).

  2. 4.2

    Pages are served over HTTPS. Fonts and images come from our own host; the site doesn’t load third-party fonts, advertising scripts or social-media widgets.

5Analytics

  1. 5.1

    We use Google Analytics 4, a measurement service from Google, on the live website when measurement is turned on. When it’s off, and on preview or development versions of the site, no analytics code loads at all.

  2. 5.2

    It records page views and non-personal interaction events, such as how far a page is scrolled, clicks on links to other sites, and clicks on a “Request a Visibility Review” button, an email link or the copy-address button. The events we send say only where on the site the click happened and, where relevant, which service it relates to. They never include your name, your email address or anything you type.

  3. 5.3

    Google Analytics sets its own cookies on this site (such as _ga) to tell visits apart, and Google receives your IP address and browser details in order to provide the service. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services(opens in a new tab).

  4. 5.4

    We’ve turned off Google signals and ad personalization, and we don’t use Google Analytics for advertising.

  5. 5.5

    To opt out, install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on(opens in a new tab), or block cookies or scripts from Google in your browser settings or with a content blocker. Every page works without them.

6The Visibility Review form

  1. 6.1

    Our Visibility Review form is provided by monday.com. What you submit is stored in our monday.com account, where people with access to that account can see it, and we use it to review your business and reply to you.

  2. 6.2

    Depending on how the page is set up, the form opens on monday.com in a new tab, or loads inside our page only after you choose to load it. Either way, your browser connects to monday.com, which may set its own cookies, including a Cloudflare security cookie used to filter automated traffic.   3. 6.3

    You don’t have to use the form. You can send the same details by email instead (see 7).

7Email

  1. 7.1

    Email you send us is handled by our email provider, Google (Gmail), and kept in our mailbox. We use it to reply and, if you work with us, to provide the service.

  2. 7.2

    Email links on this site open your own email app, and nothing is sent until you send it. The copy-address button copies our address to your clipboard and does nothing else.

8Who else handles information

  1. 8.1

    The providers named above process information for us: Vercel to host the site, Google for email and, when it’s in use, analytics, and monday.com to store review requests. Each handles it under its own terms and privacy policy.

  2. 8.2

    We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

  3. 8.3

    We may disclose information when the law requires it.

9How long we keep it

  1. 9.1

    We keep review requests, emails and related notes for as long as we need them to respond to you, to provide any service you engage us for, and for ordinary business records. After that, we delete them.

  2. 9.2

    Server logs and analytics data are kept by Vercel and Google under their own retention settings.

10Your choices and requests

  1. 10.1

    You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email gpmediacontact@gmail.com from the address you used with us, so we can match your request to your information.

  2. 10.2

    You can read every page of this site without sending us anything, and with analytics cookies blocked.

  3. 10.3

    Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your information. Email us to use them.

11Children

  1. 11.1

    This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed to children. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

12Changes to this policy

  1. 12.1

    If we change how the site handles information, for example by adding a provider, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
